Membrane consists of multi-layer composite waterproofing material for superior waterproofing performance, including a layer of thick HDPE film, self-adhesive polymer layer and a unique particulate layer.
It can be installed on uniform and regular concrete blinding, compacted sand-stone cushion for waterproofing of below ground surfaces and is also used for waterproofing of confined surfaces or blind side waterproofing. Product is designed to bond fully and permanently with poured concrete against it after placing and lying reinforcement.
1. Forms permanent bond to concrete poured against it, preventing water from seeping into the gap between waterproofing membrane and the structure
2. Not affected by the displacement of the basal layer/ ground settlement beneath slabs
3. Membrane is self-protecting. It can be trafficked immediately after application and does not require the use of protective layer

Sand layer makes it possible to construct and work on membrane after applied without protective layer

Application Instruction
The membrane should be overlapped using steel roller to ensure complete bonding and to achieve continuity. It can be installed at temperatures of -5oC and above. When installing it in cold weather, care should be taken to preheat the bonding edge with appropriate means such as hot air gun or other similar means.
Precaution
After the complement of the waterproof course, pay attention to protect the course and avoid the damage. During the construction and before the acceptance of the project, all the personnel are prohibited to walk above the waterproof course wearing spike.
